I offer two rooms in my flat in Orgiva: a single bedroom and a double bedroom. My place is in the centre of town, walkable distance from all the shops and restaurants, 10 minutes walking from the bus stop. It s clean, cosy, recently renovated. My guests can use the kitchen, the sitting room and the bathroom. These facilities are shared. I will give you two keys, one for the bedroom, the other one for the front door. Free parking and calble internet are availange 24 hours. I have air con and a fan for summer and heaters for winter, so you will feel comfortable. There is outdoor fitness in front of my flat. I live near the main plaza. Ofrezco dos habitaciones en mi piso en Orgiva: una habitación individual y una habitación doble. Mi lugar está en el centro de la ciudad, a poca distancia de todas las tiendas y restaurantes, a 10 minutos a pie de la parada de autobús. Es limpio, acogedor, recientemente renovado. Mis huéspedes pueden utilizar la cocina, la sala de estar y el baño. Estas instalaciones son compartidas. Te daré dos llaves, una para el dormitorio y la otra para la puerta principal. Hay aparcamiento gratuito e internet disponible las 24 horas. Tengo aire acondicionado y un ventilador para el verano y calentadores para el invierno, por lo que se sentirá cómodo. Hay gimnasio al aire libre en frente de mi piso. Yo vivo cerca de la plaza principal.
