It was warm, live fire was a pleasant bonus. An underground parking saved us a lot of efforts when the snowstorm started. Dishwasher and sauna shower were at our disposal, very handy. The supermarket is only 15min walk.

Its good resort to visit if you are living in the south of Spain as its just a drive away however its not recommended to fly into it from overseas as its pricy most apartment based accommodation are run down and also pricy and resort facilities in terms of getting passes etc is badly organized and not foreign speaking friendly at all! There is also not much to do there for small kids as they restricting accesses with sledges etc to majority of the areas and only allocating small 'Play park' zone for families

When we visted during Christmas week, it had not snowed yet other than ONE time this season... so we didn´t have many slopes open. But, the 10 or 15 that were open, were enough -- mostly green, blue and a red or two. I think there are some 50, most of them were closed because there wasn´t enough snow.
Christmas week was perfect as far as crowds go. We left the 28th, and the New Year people were arriving. If we go again, I would NEVER, EVER go New Years weekend. It was MOBBED! WAY too many people. Felt like I was part of a seal colony - could not ski without hitting someone, lines were too crowded --- just packed.
Eating out in Sierra Nevada is just too expensive for the quality. We at out a few times, but ended up cooking in most of the time. (family of 5 adults)

Quite well facilitated for all levels of skiers.
Quite well facilitated for all levels of skiers. Friendly, convenient, our ski school was just great. Granada trips only 45 minutes away. Good roads to get to. Different types of cafes right by the slopes.

Position of the hotel and the ski lockers
Position of the hotel and the ski lockers
Ski locker door difficult to open so often propped open The resort is well served with lifts and good variety of runs
The village is vehicle free and easy to get around Some good places to eat and drink.
the breakfast was top! anything one can imagine. bread could have been better. With Level status, there was a quiet breakfast place offered too. Also with Level, there was a great exclusive lounge at the lobby for snacks and drinks but mostly to chill comfortably on couches. The kids loved the pool after the skiing every day. The location was perfect next to the lifts Borreguiles, Al Andalus and Jara, ski rentals and restaurants. Ski lockers and parking very convenient at hotel.
The check in and check out process was very smooth thanks to a great support from Jose. He was doing an extra step to ensure we had the latest road condition info, and explaining whatever we needed help with.
The apartment is nice, bright, warm, clean, close to ski lift and great hotels if you desire to go out. It has nice views onto the ski trails and the ski village.
We would recommend this place without hesitation.

The host was flexible with the time of checkin. The keys were in a lockbox. The apartment was nice and warm and the decoration was nice. Bathroom with a good shower and extractor. The towels were a good size and nice and thick. The beds overall were good. Wifi and TV all worked well. The location is good for walking to the main ski-lifts (5-10 min) and if you like the Sierra Nevada nightlife, being very close to the main disco/bar.
Very good value for the money. Nice cozy small hotel, the personnel is very friendly and helpful! The room was clean. Breakfast is included in the price, there are not too many options of food but still pretty sufficient. They also have kid's room.
About 6-7 mins drive to the ski resort.
If you need to rent winter clothes or ski - I recommend you do it in the hotel, it will be significantly cheaper than from the resort.
The rooms were cozy and well-equipped, catering to all my needs. However, the highlight of my stay was Antonio's exceptional hospitality. His local recommendations added a personalized touch that truly enhanced my trip. Perched in the midst of the Sierra Nevada's natural beauty, the hotel was a haven for nature lovers like me. I savored invigorating hikes and picturesque vistas right at my doorstep.
In general, I liked the hotel and my stay. Good breakfast, ski-to-door even though I was not skiing, great and friendly staff with good location. Our room was comfy and we didn't even need to turn on the heating albeit being -2ºC outside. If you ski, it's a great option at a reasonable price.
The location was amazing, very central and 200 m from the closest ski lift, with a ski equipment locale in the building. The apartment was to our expectations and very clean. Other benefits: parking was provided for an extra cost and we arrived late so the keys were provided in a lock box.
The Yeti is very conveniently located . Only a short walk to the lift which takes you down to the Gondolas which reach the ski slopes. Jose was brilliant in checking our bindings and giving us advice. Parking right outside the hotel etc
Overall all a really nice place to stay if you want to explore Sierra Nevada, even if you do not intend to ski or Snowboard. Easy access, indoor parking, plenty of space for 6 people and enough hot water for all. Very cosy and warm.
Rang the hosts as we were arriving earlier and they allowed us to get into the property when we got into Sierra Nevada. The location si good (once we discovered the bus) with good access to the slopes (almost ski in / ski out)
Great location, the room is very clear. The kitchen is small and contains all necessary for preparing meals. There was coffee, tea, the kitchen was clean. Definitely would choose same location for next visit in Sierra Nevada.
What a stay! We felt at home. It is a really cozy apartment. Very confortable and spaciuos.. Amazing view. Brand new. Full of details. This is no doubt the best ski apartament we have ever stayed in Sierra Nevada.
Location was convenient with the chairlift right outside the door and the ski to door would have been possible if there was more snow, the outdoor terasse was fun! Three chargers for EVs in the garage
A fantastic Hotel in an almost deserted area of the Sierra Nevada. Nothing was too much trouble. The decor is in the style of a Swiss Chalet. All very well maintained. The food was fabulous too.
Great stay, very good service, from the pickup at the car to final delivery.
Perfect location by the slopes :) Had also good variety of skis for rental in the hotel!
Thanks :)
Great breakfast, reasonable prices at bar, ski hire on site efficient. Warm, cosy hotel. Way better than expected based on reviews read before booking.
