Fuerteventura is associated to long sand beaches but on the west coast of Fuerteventura, 1 km from the sea and a nearby beach in the middle of a protected natural park, lies the apartment complex of Aguas Verdes surrounded by stunning views and absolut stillnes.
I own the apartment since 20 years ago where I would spend my holidays with family and friends and am still enchanted by the landscape, the gardens and the swimming pools in Aguas Verdes and nearby beaches. If you are looking for quietness and a family friendly place far away from touristic areas surrounded by beautiful landscapes and the sea, this is your place to stay.
The apartment is in the middle of the protected National Park of Betancuria overlooking the sea and hills and with a nearby pebble beach. Very few houses in the area and scarcely any traffic. Nearest restaurant and Bar is the El Pirata Verde in Aguas Verdes itself and in the village Llanos de la Concepción 8 kms away. No public transport. A car, motorcicle or bycicle is a must (nearest village and public transport is 8 kms away). There is no mobile phone coverage in the area but you have WiFi in the apartment.
