The newly renovated apartment is located in the attic of a renovated old building BJ 1900. A separate entrance leads you up to the studio apartment. Here is a very spacious bright living / dining area with a roof pyramid window, which in the evening invites you to count the stars. In the large bedroom you will find plenty of space for your clothes and a peaceful night's sleep. The small bedroom invites you to cozy cuddling evenings. The new high-quality small kitchen offers a dishwasher and a coffee machine. In the small bathroom you will find a round shower with glass wall. From the balcony you have a very nice view over the city Plauen.

Dear guests, I am very pleased to welcome you in your second home. We have renovated our rooftop studio with much love for our guests and equipped with new kitchen and furniture. I want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. If you have any special requests, please address them openly. If you wish, I will gladly provide you with a shopping package with everything you need for breakfast, in the apartment before your arrival at an additional cost. I will gladly give you the keys personally.

The villa is located in the city center in a very good neighborhood on the Schießberg. Which forms a green oasis behind the house, this is inhabited in the spring / summer of many birds. The view and the twittering of birds make you hardly believe that you are in the middle of the big district town of the Vogtland. The city gallery (shopping center) and the small shops in the city center (8 minutes walk) invite you to a city stroll with coffee and cake. A visit to the Plauener Theater (8 minutes) will end your evening in a special way. (I will gladly reserve theater tickets for you). The Vogtland has many hiking trails and dams with bathing lake to offer. In winter, you can go tobogganing and skiing in Schöneck, a 20-minute drive away. This place also has a water park ready. Cross the former border crossing on the way to Hof in Bavaria (25km away).
