We furnish each apartment as if it were our own, with great attention to detail. With us you will not only get an apartment with a personal touch, but also an apartment that meets all the requirements of daily life.

Property information

The modern furnished apartment (2nd floor) is accessible via stairs and has a parking space included in the price. The entrance area offers, among other things, storage space for jackets / shoes and opens into a large living room with a small workplace. This also allows you to work from home. A sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) invites you to a cozy games/TV evening. The fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for 4 people is accessible via the hallway. It contains all common electrical appliances, spices, olive oil, vinegar and appropriate cooking utensils. In addition, the kitchen has a Nespresso machine. As an alternative, a selection of teas is also offered. Furthermore, the hallway leads to the bathroom as well as the bedroom. The bathroom contains towels as well as a hairdryer and grooming products. In addition, there is a washing machine with washing powder, which allows you to wash clothes. The bedroom has a large box spring bed (180 x 200 cm), storage for clothes as well as a small reading corner. Bedroom and living room can be completely darkened via roller blinds.

This modern furnished apartment is located in the heart of Deggendorf, the "Gateway to the Bavarian Forest". The historic center is within walking distance from the accommodation within a few minutes and offers restaurants, cafes, bars, various shopping opportunities and cultural offerings. In a few minutes you can walk to the Danube and the Bavarian Forest attracts with its diverse offers in summer and winter. The train station Deggendorf is 1.5km away and by car you can be on the A3 and on the A92 in a few minutes. Therefore, the apartment is ideal as accommodation for tourists, but also as a boarding house for business travelers or expats. A private parking space in the adjacent underground garage offers parking for the car at any time.
