We, Tanja and Daniel, have fulfilled our dream, a holiday home in exposed concrete with an acoustic solid wood ceiling that creates a wonderful warmth and makes the apartments absolutely unique. Our dream come true should now be the basis for your dream vacation! The house is embedded in a grown community structure in which you can relax wonderfully. The tranquility and the view is fantastic and the holiday begins with your arrival. Each apartment has two bedrooms, each with a 1.80 m wide bed and wardrobe. Each apartment has a parking space with a wall box and bicycle parking spaces. The house is ideal for families who want to travel together, but everyone wants to enjoy their privacy. Owingen is a very lovable community (we have lived here for 3 years ourselves), which offers everything you need for everyday life. From here you can comfortably explore the entire Lake Constance area. You can even reach LEGOLAND or Europa Park, even the mountains in Austria or Switzerland, in a maximum of two hours. Within a radius of approx. 200 to 300m you will find: Bakery / butcher / grocery store / confectionery / pharmacy / tavern / kebab shop / bus stop / water playground / playground / savings bank / Volksbank and much more. The two-family house, which was completed in solid construction at the end of June 2021, offers you everything you need to feel comfortable from the first moment. We have deliberately chosen a simple and at the same time modern approach that runs through the entire house in order to create a unique oasis of well-being for you. It doesn't matter whether it's a beach holiday / golf / bike tour / hiking or just relaxing, we have created the perfect starting point for your unforgettable holiday.
