The light-flooded maisonette apartment is located in the middle of the historic "Klosterarkaden" on the southern outskirts of Ravensburg. Renovated in 2020, the approx. 35 sqm loft impresses with industrial charm, optimal transport connections (Weissenau train station in the immediate vicinity with direct connections to Ravensburg main station and Friedrichshafen airport) and at the same time a quiet location in the countryside. The apartment is located on the first floor of an old bleachery and has its own garden and a furnished sun terrace. You enter the modern furnished living room via a separate entrance. In addition to the almost five-meter high walls, the cap ceiling made of red bricks reminds of the industrial past of the listed building. The kitchenette with stove, sink and refrigerator has a small dining table, which is stowed in the cupboard to save space and can be easily pulled out. Also all utensils, glasses and dishes are available for e.g. a cozy cooking evening. From the large living room you can go into the bright bathroom with rain shower and washing machine - or up the stairs to the cozy sleeping area with bed, storage space and bookshelf.
Ideal for those seeking tranquility and nature lovers: The loft is located on a walkway for pedestrians, no cars drive here regularly. Instead, just in front of the apartment there is an adjacent park. Here you will find a variety of facilities, such as a fitness trail and a large playground. Only a few minutes' walk away, you will reach the "Mariataler Wäldle" nature reserve with its old trees and an idyllic pond. By the way, you can park your car free of charge about two minutes' walk from the loft. Perfect for business travelers and trade fair visitors: Although very quietly located, you drive up directly around the corner to the highway B30. In just a five-minute walk you can also reach the Weissenau train station with connections to Ravensburg main station and Friedrichshafen Airport. Also in only three minutes walking distance you reach the bus stop "Torplatz". Here, buses leave for the city center about every quarter of an hour. Nearby there is also a bakery with a small corner store, an Italian and a Greek restaurant, as well as a kebab snack bar and a magazine store.
