The apartment was lovely and we enjoyed staying there however th access stairs had a terrible odour but pnce inside the aparent the smell was gone. If the owner would do something about the odour the apartment would be perfect.

I really like the place.
I really like the place. It was a clean place biger that expected and showed in the pictyres. the location was really nice close to Aldi, close to the lake, and if you travel with the car it was really good for traveling to Zurich, Liochtenstine. at a fration of the places located in Switzerland and Lichtenstine. A really good choice for a small winter holiday family trip. Also good to travel to Lichtenstine sky pass. (1.5/ 2h drive). The lake it is really colose, you can also have a lake walck during the afternoon or morning, A lost of people runing, one of the best places to run in the mornings or afternoons. :) I have only good things to say for this place. I do not have one bad thing to say about this place. from my side it was one of the best experiences and it was more that we expect from this place. I am planing to go back if possible. I defenetley recomand this place.

Friedrichshafen is an interesting place to visit with lovely...
Friedrichshafen is an interesting place to visit with lovely walks through the lakeside park and views to the Alps. There are plenty of places to eat and shops to browse.
Everywhere is very clean, tidy and well maintained.
We came for a particular reason which was to visit the Zeppelin Museum and to take a fight on a Zeppelin from the hangar near to the airport.
Regular ferries cross the lake to Konstance which is well worth a visit.

Never got to stay there . There were 3 other sets of customers that waited hours to check in and we never got a call back when trying to check in. The phone number at the desk and kiosk did not have a human to talk to. The phone kept ringing. I did not stay there because there was no one to check us in. I am disappointed that after getting a confirmed reservation no one was there to let us check in. I even paid ahead of time. The kiosk did not work and did not see my reservation. I have a reference number to refer to as well. Great location but I am concerned that this happened and I never got to stay there.

I appreciated being able to regroup in the middle of a multi-stop trip. I was able to eat a few home cooked meals and to wash my clothes. The kitchen was well stocked. I had everything I needed. The place is clean and comfortable and could sleep a family easily. The guest house is located in a safe very residential neighborhood. Aldi and other suburban stores are close by. Quick drive to Bodensee, Langanargen, and other attractions.
We liked the location of the hotel close to the train and bus station as we arrived by train and were able to access free bus travel with the Bodensee card that was given to us on arrival. The hotel was modern and very clean and the staff were friendly, helpful and cheerful and spoke good English. Breakfast was very good with a great selection to choose from in a bright modern dining room.
The view is great, the apartment is very quiet, it will be my first choice on my next trip. Mr. Thomaz has prepared everything you will need in the kitchen and bathroom in advance. There was a coffee machine and capsules for the machine, olive oil, vinegar, tea and even wine to serve. Far beyond hotel comfort, thank you Mr. Thomaz.
Gabriele (Hotel manager) was very nice. She greeted us with a smile and offered free drinks. The rooms were very clean and tidy. She let our car stayed at the hotel garage even after we check-out from the hotel and make a day trip to the Konstanz. I recommend this hotel to everyone.
We loved that our room was very recently renovated and everything was clean and new. The hotel staff were very nice. Breakfast was good. And the food we enjoyed in the restaurant of the property was excellent. Definitely, our highlight was the restaurant.
