Das Haus Rosengarten liegt idyllisch im Grünen in einer Nurdach-Haussiedlung in kanadischem Baustil. Die Schlafzimmer mit ihrem Spitzdach verführen dazu, sich gemütlich in die Betten zu kuscheln. Der Garten mit kleinem Teich ist einfach wundervoll und lädt zu entspannten Stunden ein. Aus dem Wohnzimmer blickt man direkt in den Garten, so dass das Haus auch in der kälteren Jahreszeit dem Naturfreund viel zu bieten hat. Der Innenbereich ist frisch renoviert und verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten wie ein modernes Badezimmer mit bodenebener Dusche und Regen-Wasserfallduschsäule, eine komplett eingerichtete, gemütliche Wohnküche und einen 50 Zoll Flachbildfernseher. Ein schöner Außengrill mit Kamin vervollständigen das Bild. Die Terrasse verfügt über eine große Markise und Gartenstühle. WLAN ist kostenlos verfügbar. Waschtrockner und Kühlgefrierkombination sind vorhanden. Außerdem gehören Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Backofen und Trinkwassersprudler zur Einrichtung.
Wir haben das Haus liebevoll und detailverliebt renoviert und denken, dass Sie sich bei uns wohlfühlen werden. Während ihres Aufenthalts stehen wir bei Bedarf jederzeit ansprechen.
Bad Wünnenberg ist ein heilklimatischer Luftkurort. Die waldreiche Umgebung lädt zum Wandern, Radfahren und Erholen ein. Vielfältige Freizeitangebote (Aabachtalsperre, Waldschwimmbad, Walderlebnispfad, Barfußpfad, naturnahes Kneipbecken, Wildtierpark) im nahen Umfeld garantieren einen abwechslungsreichen Aufenthalt. Bad Wünnenberg liegt im südlichen Kreis Paderborn am Rand des Sauerlandes. Mit allem, was Sie zum täglichen Leben benötigen, können Sie sich in der ca. 4 km entfernten Ortschaft versorgen. Es gibt mehrere Lebensmittelhändler und Restaurants.
