Welcome to our design flat (approx. 57 square metres), which offers you everything you need for a great short or long long-term stay in Schiffweiler: → comfortable bed 180 x 200cm. with high-quality mattresses → Sofa bed with integrated topper for 3rd & 4th guest → Panoramic window in the living room with a view of the garden → Large balcony with access to your own terrace (approx. 60 m²) → Satellite TV → Free WLAN → Fully equipped kitchen → Coffee machine → Dishwasher → Washing machine → Large fridge with freezer compartment → Bathroom with shower → Windows are equipped with electric shutters to ensure a good night's sleep → Two free parking spaces right outside the front door Please note: Due to repeated offences by guests against the rules for smokers, smoking is strictly prohibited in the premises and on the balcony. Each offence will be punished with a fine of 200 euros and immediate eviction. A designated smoking area is available to guests.
