The hotel is really cool and I like how they kept some of the old prison features. I had a small room which was perfect for my short stay. The room provided everything I needed and I appreciated the breakfast. Parking was easy, too.

Location was perfect. The hotel is located in the city center right next to the K in Lautern shopping center. It is within walking distance of great restaurants, shops, bars and clubs. On site parking is also offered, which was very convenient and at a good price. My room was very nice - single that was cozy and had a nice bathroom. Breakfast was good - has all the essentials for a healthy breakfast. The staff was amazing! So friendly, so helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

The town is beautiful, walkable, safe - with many fascinating shops, restaurants and outdoor cafes, public parks, delicious bakeries, and some impressive things for tourists to visit - two museums each of which was excellent (one had a touring exhibit of an internationally famous modern artist, the other is a local history museum which is fascinating), the Japanese garden, the synagogue memorial - which was beautifully thought out, understated, and sensitive - and because Kaiserslautern is so close to Ramstein, everyone in the shops and restaurants speaks English and they understand, and are kind to, confused American tourists! Everyone I met was courteous, helpful, friendly. Do not miss: the two museums, the synagogue memorial (very thoughtful, sensitive, and thought provoking), the beautiful churches, etc.

the Hotel has no AC.
the Hotel has no AC. It was one of the worst experiences of my vacation. For a hotel that size, location, name recognition and star rating this hotel needs AC so customers can enjoy their stays during summer time there.

Late booking, more as a stopover, as all other more touristy cities hadn’t the number of reservations we required for our party.
Nothing really to see as a tourist but nice restaurants and pedestrian areas to enjoy a coffee or beer.

Kaiserslautern, in the heart of Palatinate ("Pfalz"), as well as the whole region is a very nice area. Very green, beautiful nature, nice people and because of thousands of US troops in this community, almost everywhere you can speak English and you'll be understood. No big cities nearby, if you want that, you gotta drive around 60km.
The host was readily available on texting to help with any ask whenever needed. Room was very clean and comfortable with all facilities neatly laid out. The location is great as it was close to many shops and bahnhof. Bastian was very warm and welcoming to interact with and he helped me bring down my heavy luggage which I feel really guilty. Thank you for giving a pleasant stay and welcome in Kaiserslautern.
The breakfast was the best in all the 6 hotels we have stayed in on our motorcycle tour.
The reception staff were kind and warm and friendly.
The food we had from the bar area was very good.
The bedrooms were amazing - felt quite luxurious!
The bed was very comfortable, the pillows a little too soft for us but really not an issue.
Parking for the motorcycles was good and close to the hotel.
This is a nice, newly renovated apartment in Kaiserslautern. It is well located in the city center, you can reach the train station easily by foot. The apartment itself is really fresh, all appliances are new (note that it is located at the second floor, and you have to use stairs). It was very easy to do the check-in with the instructions provided. I recommend this place at Kaiserslautern.
The hotel was very clean.
It was disappointing that there was no breakfast.
The room door was very difficult to close, and very difficult to open.
The bed was very comfortable.
It’s not possible to rate the staff because the front desk is never manned.
Nice to have a refrigerator in the room, but it occupied the place for a suitcase, and no suitcase stand was provided.
Great location for convenience to Kaiserslautern and the US military community. Also it is right on a great network of hiking/biking trails. Room, bed, and bathroom are all very good for a 3 star hotel. Hotel bistro has great German food at reasonable prices. Breakfast was nice with fresh baked rolls each morning. Awesome playground for kids and staff were all very nice.
Very quaint part of Kaiserslautern. Rosie greeted us upon arrival and checked us in, then served us a drink after we settled in. Went for a jog on Ritter Reinhard Weg, lots of beautiful birdsong in the forest and also at the hotel. Spouse was able to have a good breakfast, I’m vegan so not much to choose from but some fruit and bread. Coffee was excellent!
It located in an amazing space. The location is perfect if you want to be in the center of downtown Kaiserslautern. It was also amazing not having to worry bout a parking space in the busy area downtown. Lastly, host was amazing with no complaints and instructions to get into apartment was very easy to follow!
This is our third time staying at the hotel with a sports tournament group. It has always been comfortable and clean. The staff are wonderful. They are friendly, helpful, and professional. I appreciate all their efforts to make their guests feel welcome.
It is a fairly new build with free parking, a modern set up, a fairly clean and modern bathroom with a large shower and large refrigerator -- which is a rare find in a lot of hotel. Their is a small kitchen set-up to cook in, and plenty of closet space.
The people atmosphere and staff were phenomenal. The breakfast by far the best i had at a hotel in Kaiserslautern would recommend any day. Very easy commute to autobahn and easy flow of traffic.
The room was clean and, although not big, big enough for a short stay.
The room and bathroom was very clean.
The hotel is close to the city center (less than 10 minutes by feet).
The staff provided very good customer service and was very helpful. The junior suite was excellent. The hotel is definitely one of the best in the area.
