The GardenView Apartments are located in Nüdlingen, just 3 km from the spa and wellness town of Bad Kissingen, one of the Great Spas of Europe and UNESCO World Heritage Site. These self-catering apartments are fully furnished and feature free WiFi. A total of three apartments and a maximum of 10 guests can be booked at this property. Two additional owner apartments in Bad Kissingen must be booked for up to a total of 16 overnight guests within the owner property group. A facilities surcharge for visiting guests and large gatherings is also applicable. The garden park may be booked separately and features additional seating areas for a larger group. It features private multi-purpose patio areas surrounded by trees and greenery for relaxation or entertainment purposes. An entertainment package for social events and parties may also be booked separately to include the barbecue grill area with a professional-grade gas grill and charcoal grill, private deluxe sauna and relaxation area, table tennis, covered lounge terrace, and covered bar area. This property is perfect for families, groups of friends and business travelers. It is located just a short driving distance from spa and wellness resort town of Bad Kissingen. The GardenView Apartments are fully furnished and have been rated 5-Stars by the German Tourism Association (2010 to 2013) with consistent top ratings for the Rhön, Franconia, and Bavaria. Each modern apartment has a bedroom, living room, sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom or shower room. The large two-apartment suite may be booked for up to 6 persons and the triple apartment may be booked for up to 9 persons. The property features paid private access to a barbecue-grill area and multi-purpose patio for a small group of up to 10 persons. Both areas are surrounded by trees and greenery for relaxation or entertainment purposes and may be booked separately. A private covered lounge terrace for relaxing or dining may also be booked separately. The use of a Bluetooth party box speaker is included with the Entertainment Package for one social event or party per booking. This package will be subject to a damage deposit dependent on the size and nature of the event.
We provide comfortable, modern apartments as an alternative to a hotel room and are happy when our guests have a pleasant stay with us.
