The cosy "Ferienwohnung bei Marta" is perfectly located in the centre of Radolfzell, a picturesque lakeside town on the shore of the beautiful Lake Constance. The apartment consists of a well-equipped kitchen with largely unused appliances, a double bed, a single bed, as well as a bathroom and thus offers space for 3 persons. Upon prior request a 4th guest can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room. Further amenities includes fans. From the balcony you can see as far as Lake Constance. Due to the central location the next supermarket is only 240 m (3 minutes walk) away, while restaurants, cafés and bars are only 4 minutes walk (350 m) from the apartment. The nearest lido Mettnau is 2.3 km (5 minutes by car or 6 minutes by bus from the Villa Bosch bus stop, which is a 10 minute walk away) from the apartment. As the train station is only 15 minutes on foot (1.2 km) away, the city of Constance can be easily reached by train in 32 minutes. By car it takes about 25 minutes (23 km) from Radolfzell. The house owner runs the restaurant "Vereinsheim des Eisenbahner Sportverein" 2.9 km (7 minutes by car) from the apartment and is always happy to welcome guests of the apartment for lunch or dinner. There are parking options available at an extra cost. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. The washing machine can be used for a small extra charge.
