Homely Stay is a dynamic and successfully growing young company specialising in the management and marketing of holiday properties. Based in the picturesque town of Bad Tölz, we help hosts to exploit the full potential of their holiday accommodation and offer our guests an unforgettable stay. Our accommodation is currently located in Munich & the surrounding area, Bayrischzell and Bad Kissingen.

Property information

Experience the perfect combination of comfort, style and hospitality in our centrally located flats. Enjoy tastefully designed interiors and friendly service during your stay. During your stay, you have use of the entire flat including your own private bathroom. There are no communal areas except for the entrance area. The building is equipped with a lift up to the 4th floor. From there you can take the stairs to the 5th floor. NOTE: The lift is very small and unfortunately not suitable for wheelchairs! Check-in is contactless and flexible via a key box. There is no reception! Before arrival, a digital registration form must be completed to record the registration data of all guests. This is done via our web-based guest app. In addition, a visitor's tax of EUR 3.90 per person/night is due. Payment is made by credit card. In this web-based app you will then find the instructions for your check-in on the day of arrival, including the necessary codes. Public parking spaces are available near the building for a fee. Our apartment is located in Bad Kissingen, a spa town known for its beautiful parks, thermal baths, and recreational opportunities. The city is situated in a picturesque landscape, surrounded by gentle hills and wooded valleys. A highlight is the Kurpark, which is considered one of the most beautiful parks in Germany. Here you can take a leisurely stroll, rest on one of the many benches, or participate in one of the many events such as concerts or festivals. Another highlight is the KissSalis Therme, which offers a wide range of thermal baths, saunas, and wellness treatments. Here you can relax and leave the stresses of everyday life behind. For nature lovers, there are many opportunities to explore the surrounding area, such as the Bavarian Rhön Nature Park. There you will find numerous hiking and cycling trails that lead through breathtaking landscapes. Bad Kissingen also offers many cultural attractions, such as the historic Kurtheater or the Rosengarten Museum. It is a city that has something to offer for every taste and is a wonderful place to escape everyday stress and relax.
