Since we offer accommodation in different price ranges, we can reach a wide audience. We rent throughout the year and therefore have different seasonal prices. We offer homeowners the opportunity to rent out their holiday home through us. We are selective in adding new accommodation. The accommodations must meet our strict quality requirements. The renovated holiday home of approx. 170 m2 has 3 bedrooms and is suitable for families, families and friends. The detached holiday home is built against a hill and via the stairs you reach the entrance. As soon as you enter, you feel the atmosphere and you immediately feel on holiday. The interior is luxurious and fully equipped. The spacious living and dining room are comfortably furnished. There is a 2nd separate cosy seating area. The large kitchen has a fridge-freezer, dishwasher and combi oven. From the kitchen, you can walk onto the covered terrace with a large enclosed garden. Here you can relax and enjoy the beautiful views. There are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. WiFi is available. The holiday home is not suitable for the disabled.

Neighbourhood information

The Sauerland offers many activities in both summer and winter. Many well-signposted hiking trails make any nature lover's heart beat faster. Furthermore, the holiday home is surrounded by nature and is located directly on several mountain bike routes. A stone's throw away is the Emmet ski school, which offers an ideal opportunity to learn skiing and/or snowboarding, especially for children. Here you can also rent ski and snowboard equipment. A 5-minute drive away is the Ski-Arena Willingen where you can ski, snowboard and cross-country ski in winter. Possibilities for excursions in the area include Fort-Fun Adventure Land, Lake Edersee, Lake Diemel, Winterberg and Willingen.
