Property information

Our newly renovated apartments are just 15 min by feet to the town center. Check-in is fully independent and automatic with a code. You also receive a Free private parking (in front of the apartment). There is also a Direct bus (11 min.) from the Lugano train station. We have two 1-bedroom apartments and one larger apartment for up to 4 people (1 bedroom and one sofa bed in the living room). We look forward to host you at our apartments!

Neighbourhood information

The property is located in one of Lugano's most picturesque and desirable districts. Just a 10-minute walk from the lake, the location offers proximity to luxurious 5-star hotels and is directly across from the City Hospital. Don't be surprised if you spot luxury cars and the occasional celebrity passing by! A scenic 15-minute stroll along the lake will take you to the heart of Lugano. Alternatively, two nearby bus stops provide quick and convenient access to the entire city if you prefer public transport. The neighborhood is rich with restaurants and shopping centers, ensuring that all your needs are met. This apartment offers a prime, strategic location for a perfect stay, catering to every aspect of your visit!
