If you wish to visit Ticino, its many tourist resorts and natural beauty , you will find in VILLA LA PERGOLA your oasis of peace and relaxation, in a perfect location to travel throughout the region. Inside, guests are welcomed into a spacious living area, lit by sunshine coming in through the large arched window, furnished with a sofa and armchairs for chatting with friends or reading a book, also chosen from the large bookcase. A desk content to study or work. The kitchen is modern, complete and equipped with everything you need to cook like at home. The large dining table can seat up to 8 people. 'is also a bright veranda with large windows, with a table for 4, perfect for feeling immersed in nature even in winter. A large bathroom completes this floor. Climbing the stairs leads to the sleeping area. In the foyer between the rooms, there is a nice desk well lit by natural light. There are four bedrooms: three double bedrooms and one bedroom with a French bed. On this floor there are two more bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. There is also a terrace on this level that overlooks the garden, by which the villa is surrounded. The garden has a well-maintained green lawn, flowering bushes and trees to enjoy the cool shade of during the warm season. You can have lunch or dinner outside on the various tables with chairs at your disposal, enjoying a barbecue prepared with the barbecue available for guests. The magnificent outdoor swimming pool available to guests from May to September, also equipped with deck chairs for sunbathing, or enjoy the mild Ticino climate year-round. Guests have 3 uncovered parking spaces within the villa area.

Nearby: The villa is well served and perfect as an accommodation for visiting all of Ticino. Restaurants, stores, train station and supermarkets are within 500 meters from the house. Lake Lugano and the Lido di Magliaso are is only a 7-minute walk away, while for enthusiasts the Lugano Golf Club is about a 3-minute drive away. Visit nearby Caslano, with its pretty village, lakefront and Alprose Chocolate Factory Museum. The center of Lugano is a 15-minute drive away. How to get there: By car, from the A2 highway take the Lugano Sud exit and set your GPS: you'll arrive at the villa in 15 minutes. By train, from Lugano station take the S60 train towards Ponte Tresa for 8 stops and get off at the "Magliaso, Paese" stop. Walk about 4 minutes to reach the villa.
