Hi we are Laetitia and Jess, Both originally from Belgium, we moved to Nendaz in 2008. Having immersed ourselves in the local community, we fell in love with the area and decided to make our life as a family here. After both working for local businesses, we took the initiative in 2013 to set up our own venture with the aim of offering a more personal solution to the rental and management of second homes. Together we provide a friendly, dependable, personalised and honest service coupled with an extensive knowledge of the local area. We welcome our guests at the property and are very responsive before, during and after the stay. If possible we try to be flexible with the arrival and departure times. All our properties have a baby cot and high chair at disposal. Communication in French, English, Dutch, Spanish and German. Hope to see you in Nendaz!

Top floor: Bedroom 1: double bed with en-suite bathroom (shower + WC) Bedroom 2: pull-out bed = 1 single bed convertible into a double bed Bedroom 3: trundle bed = 1 single bed convertible into a double bed 1 bathroom with shower and WC Ground floor: Kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace and TV corner Access to the terrace The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, 2 cheese fondue pots and a raclette set (gourmet) Wood-fired BBQ Guest toilet Lower floor : Bedroom 4: 2 single beds - side by side - access to the outside Bedroom 5: 2 single beds - side by side - access to the outside 1 bathroom with shower and WC Good to know: In case of snow in winter, access often requires chains or a 4 * 4 vehicle. Dogs are allowed on request with a supplement of CHF 50 per stay. Please also note that bachelor/bachelorette parties or other noisy parties are not allowed. In case of nuisance and complaints from neighbours we reserve the right to ask you to leave the premises without refund. All taxes, final cleaning and bed linen are included in the total price for the number of persons indicated at the time of booking. Additional sheets and towels for CHF 35/person. The majestic Mont Fort at 3,300m is the highest point of the 4 Valleys with jaw-dropping 360-degree views of over twenty 4000m peaks, including the Mont Blanc and Matterhorn and one of the steepest mogul runs in the Alps.
