Situated on 130 acres of working farmland, Servus Stratford is nestled upon the Avon River, in heart of Stratford's countryside. The Bavarian Mansion was first built in 1980, then in 2022 major renovations were undertaken to create this stunning bed and breakfast.
Brewer, baker, cocktail maker. Toby is dedicated to delicious food, perfectly crafted cocktails and brews that will make your heart sing. Toby graduated from the Brewmaster and Brewery Management program at Olds College, Alberta in 2018. He is a passionate culinarian dedicated to modernizing traditional recipes and making classic dishes that are sure to please. An avid traveller with a Bavarian-German and Lebanese heritage, Toby artfully blends international influences in a satisfying and unique way. Ever the conversationalist, he is eager to meet new people and hear their stories, and of course share a few of his own.
Named for Shakespeare's birthplace, Stratford has grown to become Canada’s premier arts town. In addition to the annual Stratford Festival, performing from April through October, Stratford is always filled with theatre, music and visual arts. The preserved 19th-century architecture and acres of parks and gardens (along its own Avon River, no less) are certain to charm. Stratford has also gained a reputation for culinary creativity, showcased at some of the finest restaurants in the country.
