If you are nostalgic and love vintage designs- this is for you. And all functional 100%. The hosts received us warmly. They offered a mini bar with light beverages, and the breakfast- prepared by them, totally handmade and full of care and love. Even the location was ideal. Minutes from the town center.
St. Catharines

The inn provides some units with lake views, and the rooms come with a kettle. The units feature a private bathroom, a hairdryer and bed linen. I loved everything about this cozy nook. The bottle of champagne and added treats were lovely. The bed was so cozy. I have no idea a pub was downstairs and I wish we had time to go. I would recommend, I already have recommended it and next time we are down that way visiting our friends again we will be staying there again. All my questions were answered in a timely manner. ❤

Easily the best overall stay out of our 4 hotels in Canada (and best value! We stayed in early October 2023), including IHG Holiday Inn in Downtown Toronto and Travelodge by Wyndhams in Montreal. Comfortable bed, sparkling clean, excellent breakfast included in the price, helpful, kindly and efficient staff, great location just outside Byward Market area but quiet, room included a kitchenette with kettle, coffee maker, microwave. Rooms and communal areas nicely decorated with paintings etc following a 'blue' theme.

It was acceptably clean and quiet for a very affordable price. Overall, we were happy enough with a place to spend the night while in Toronto. We are a couple and need a double room with private bathroom, so hostels and guest houses aren't our thing. This was one of the few cheap choices that fit our needs in the area we needed to be.
Great location; right off the highway, but far enough that you don't see/hear it. The room was very clean, quiet, and had been renovated, so it felt very modern. The rain shower was incredible, a nice little slice of luxury that was much needed after driving all day! This hotel/motel was fantastic for the price. I was just as comfortable as I would have been in a larger hotel/chain, but at a fraction of the price. I would stay again, as it's a perfect halfway point if road tripping from Southwest Ontario to out East.
Lovely house in quiet location a short walk from the town centre. Clean spacious rooms and the breakfasts were delicious and home made. Friendly and accommodating couple who run the B and B. Great location and the parking on site is a real bonus in Niagra on the lake
Great location in a city center, everything you need withing a walking distance. Basic, but nice old wooden hotel with jazz club and bar.
The Juniper is a lovely boutique hotel, great location in the heart of Port Dalhousie. Beautiful views of the lake, exceptionally high ceilings, charming and fun decor and very quiet due to exceedingly thick walls.. The room was very clean and bedding was lovely, soft and very, very comfortable. I will happily stay at the Juniper anytime I am in the area.
Outstanding stay at the Willowmere. What a cozy and quaint bed and breakfast. I loved the location, with a private outdoor sitting area and access to a private beach. The size was perfect for two people. We felt the bed was comfortable and the memory foam pillows were a luxe touch. We read other reviews that said the space was too crowded or had too many knick knacks but we felt this gave the space character and a special feel. Wouldn't change a thing! Jane was a great host. Will certainly be back!
