Rooms are new and clean. Comfortable capsule beds (not too soft and pillows are just right). Staff are helpful and professional, laundry is really cheap compared to other hostels and they use good quality machines, laundry room was also very clean which is nice. I've stayed in 3 other hostels in Sofia and this is by far the best in terms of comfort and cleanliness.

I travelled from Skopje arriving very close to midnight but the hostel assured me they would accommodate me even if the bus was late. This was very reassuring and they were true to their word. Check in was quick and simple and the room I was in was quiet despite looking on to a major street. The kitchen area was perfectly adequate and well looked after. The showers had plenty of hot water which has not always been the case on my trip through the Balkans. Knowing I was using an overnight bus to travel to my next City they were happy to store my bag during the day.

Great hostel with really friendly and attentive staff. Great location near the Central Bus and railway station. Spotlessly clean place with crisp white bed linens and towels. Dedicated lights and charging sockets in the capsule bunks which have privacy curtains. Decent bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. Supermarket a couple of doors down has a hot buffet to take away. Thank you to all the staff for making such a pleasant stay.
