Excellent spa hotel up in the mountains. Archeological site on the top of a hill at walking distance. Hot mineral water everywhere. Excellent spa, an indoor pool and several outdoor pools (with hot water). Great food in the restaurant. Very polite and helpful staff.

The host met us at the entrance, the apartment is located 5 minutes drive from sprava banya, the guesthouse has a beautiful garden and views of the mountains. the apartment was very clean and well equipped and had a very nice balcony for relaxing, even in rain time.
Right on the banks of Iskar Dam, Kamelot Hotel is a 20-minute drive both from Samokov and Pasarel. It offers a garden with seating area and a restaurant with terrace.

Good value for money and good location.
Very clean without artificial smells and the room was furnished in a traditionally style.
Jacuzzi and pool very hot mineral water, if you want to use the sauna or steam bath you have to book ahead which I though was good as better than wasting energy all day with no use.
restaurant had a good menu and the breakfast was adequate for the money.

My wife has visual problems as it was well lite throughout.
Family Hotel Iskar is located less then 600 metres from the centre of the village of Govedarci and offers a minibus that provides a daily transport to the ski slopes.

When I arrived at the hotel it was all closed up and I had to go around the back of the building to be let in. They did not seem to be expecting me. The elderly man in the property did not speak any English. The restaurant was closed and so no food was available, not even breakfast the next morning. When I asked where I could eat, I was told “Centre” with a wave of the hand. There was WiFi signal but no internet connection. When I later asked a young woman about this, she said “There is a problem in the village” and yet I could get internet access without any problem at another hotel 500 m away. A most disappointing experience. Not as described by Booking.com! It’s a “family hotel” but a colder, more unfriendly place you could not imagine.

Located is perfect, the hotel offered a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable stay. Everything that we tried from the restaurant was delicious and also the staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. Perfect if you are working remotely. There is a space with plugs where you can work from and enjoy your time.
The hotel is overall really nice. Our room was enormously big and had a huge terrace. The bed was comfy and everything was clean. The staff was super friendly (especially one of the waitresses at the restaurant who is serving with a mask and also the older massage lady). The breakfast was delicious offering a great variety of food, but the prices at the restaurant are high if you have not included dinner in your stay. The spa is very good and there is an outside mineral pool, but only the one for kids was working.

Amazing nature! The mountains and the opportunity to go to Tsari Mali Grad, Rila, the lakes while you are on your spa trip is amazing! You can entertain children and the same time enjoy some spa time!

Great accommodation and SPA. Spacious, well furnished room, very comfortable bed. Great mountain view. Warm in the room. No smells, or noises. Room was cleaned every day. Very good quinine at the restaurant.
The hotel is very nice - both pools inside and outside are great 👌 , the water temperature is about 29C, which doesn't make them too hot. The garden is well maintained and the entire area. We had included breakfast, it was completely fine. We had lunch at the beach bar, which is very comfortable during your pool stay during the day, we ate pizza there. We had also dinner at the restaurant every night. After that, you can take a cocktail from the lobby bar, they are excellent, I tried Mojito and Maitai.
it’s lovely place! we like very much the concept of villas, the nature is beautiful, mineral water in the pools, nice spa; parking is big enough and free! we really appreciate the service provided by hotel for transport from villas to the main building where spa is located. the staff (except those on breakfast) is very professional and done their job super! excellent value for money

Reception was very helpful in solving an issue, because we wanted an apartment with a double jacuzzi, and it turned out there are few of the sort, but with smaller jacuzzis. The Hotel Manager succeeded to find the room from the pictures, and change our accommodation, so its fine.
The openness, the views, the pools - there are different temperature mineral pools, the food. Well, just about everything was exceptional.
Everything was well thought and made to be very comfortable for the guests. The number of rooms is well balanced with the facilities. There are people around you, but it doesn't feel overcrowded, like most other hotels.
This place is amazing, one of the best hotels I've ever been to! We stayed in a villa which was absolutely beautiful and had everything you might need. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly. The views from the complex are lovely and the interior is very modern. We would definitely recommend visiting this hotel!
My family and I liked everything about our stay in SPA Complex Belchin Spring starting with the comfy and clean room, great SPA center, delicious menu in the restaurant, nice kids center with a woman taking care for the kids in it and ending with the variety of tasty food for breakfast! The staff is also very friendly.
Surrounded in nature, serene atmosphere, top notch facility, warm pools (31-32 degrees!). The studio rooms in the echo village (villas) are spacious and homy. And for a big family, 2 villas can be connected. One of the best hotels I’ve been in
I liked the proximity to Sofia, extremely large rooms, the food at the restaurant, as well as the fact that it wasn’t fully packed with guests, which is quite common for the spa hotels during weekends and school vacation periods
Every season it’s just perfect to stay at Belchin spring. Restaurant food is amazing. Breakfast is one of the best in Bulgaria. Staff are always nice and they try to make everything perfect for you! We will keep coming back!

Belchin Spring was a wonderful surprise: check-in, accommodations, restaurant and spa, everything was superb. That’s the place my family wants to come back to!

Breafast was decent, restaurant in the hotel where we ate dinner was very nice. We booked a villa and it had enough space for 2. The place is kind of new.
