All clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. The property has the right to refuse any booking when the legal guardian over 18 cannot provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in.

RECEPTION HOURS : Grand Mercure Apartments Magnetic Island are open from 8am until 6pm, check in from 2pm until 6pm, after hour check in until 9pm is available, please contact the hotel prior to arrange, check in later than 9pm is not possible. Please note credit surcharge of 1.5% applies to Visa and MasterCard, 3% applies to American Express. A $200 credit card pre auth is required at check in as security against damage / unpaid accounts. We are a cashless business.

A damage deposit of AUD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
