Our apartments are located in the quiet area of the city, right on the beach. At day time, you can relax on the balcony while admiring deep-blue Adriatic Sea. In the evening, you can take a walk on the endless sand beach stretching toward the sunset. Everything in the apartments is new, stylish and carefully selected to provide you with the comfort and convenience. We furnished our apartments with a powerful air-conditioning system, high-end equipment in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry, comfortable custom-made furniture, and luxurious 100% cotton beddings and towels. Our apartments are furnished with allergy-free and environmentally friendly equipment and furniture. The kitchen is equipped with the best quality stainless steel fry-pans, pots pans, and a stainless-steel electric kettle. In the bedroom you will sleep on the highest quality hypoallergenic mattress. The mattress core is designed to reduce motion transfer so that you will not disturb your partner’s night sleep. The mattress top is made of memory foam that will be contouring and supporting your body curves. The location is ideal for those who like active lifestyle. A pine forest is just a minute away from the building. A new bike lane passes behind the building, stretching along the entire beach promenade for 10 km. You can get a bike at the rental shops in the city center, and “sunset rides” are very popular among the visitors. If you rent a scooter or have your own car, you can park them at our free underground parking. The city of Vlora is known for its traditional tiny coffee shops, and we have one right on the ground floor of our building! A new restaurant with traditional and modern Albanian cuisine and a bar is just 2 min walk from the building. A small store carrying basic groceries and household items is right across the road. This apartment is located in the new building that was just completed, and the entire location is a new development area. For immersing yourself in a vibrant city life, shopping, restaurants and ice-cream cafe, you can get to the city center by car (3 min drive), or walk (15 min), or by bus (5 min ride). A bus comes every 15 min and the bus stop is right across the road behind the building.
