The beds were comfy and equipped with hooks, electrics and a shelf. The staff were really lovely and helped book my Whale Shark Adventure. Good location, walking distance from the main strip. nice common area to relax in.

The design of the hostel is amazing, with a lot of areas to hang out and meet other people, as well as a place to just work and relax. There is also a new bar coming in a few days which will up the whole atmosphere even more. People that work there are catering and willing to help at any moment. I enjoyed my stay so much that I booked other Happiness hostels for the rest of my stay in the Philippines.

At first I was going to stay in Izla Soanna for 3 nights and ended up staying 9 nights an then coming back! The rooms are very clean and comfy, they have a fan per bed and nice mosquito nets. There is also the option of affordable private rooms. The location is just perfect, very near the nicest beach in panglao and at short distance from alona where all the touristy shops are. What I enjoyed the most was the people there, Anna, Flor and Sofia will make you always feel like home, they are extremely nice, helpful and funny. Definitely worth spending some time with them!

Our dormitory is an air-conditioned room of 12 beds with shared bathroom, 2 hot and cold shower, 2 CR, and private locker for your personal items. We usually turn OFF our AC from 9 AM to 5 PM since most of the guest are out and for ecological reason. You can always claim to our staff to TURN ON the AC for few hours. EVERYTHING!!!! The staff had a good understanding of what is happening even if they have to change staff every shift. Very organized. If you booked a different place, come here for food. One serving is good for two (for us it worked!) and it is VERY good. We stayed at the huts and it's VERY comfortable. The materials used made the place so cool and comfortable.
