If you are like me, someone who isn't a party person and is hesitant about whether this 'party hostel' is suitable for you, please read on. I checked in on New Year's Eve, and while all the younger guests were partying outside with loud music, I was able to enjoy the dorm by myself, and it was relatively quiet (my dorm was the closest to the pool). The music stopped before midnight, and I was able to sleep well for the three nights I stayed there. The front desk staff was great and helpful. I forgot to return the key at check-out, but they allowed me to return the key to the Vientiane branch and refunded the deposit.

It's a family run french villa establishment.rooms are big and ensuite. ( Not for you dorm troopers) clean. Functional. All the bells and whistles you want. Having travelled around all the el cheapo hostels this out ranks them by miles. A little out of town but that's what we wanted. 5 stars

Great location and friendly staff. We stayed in a private room, it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was big. Nice pool area with bar and food options They had activities each night as well. Quiet times from 11pm so you could still sleep.
