The staff were very friendly and helpful, they spoke fluent English which made it very easy for us, we were able to store our luggage on the last day when we went sightseeing, we travelled in winter so the hostel was not busy, the staff upgraded our accommodation from a 4 bed female dorm to a private room with en-suite for no extra cost

If you just want to sleep, it's the perfect place. The bed is super comfortable, the cleanliness is excellent, the bathroom in the room, a balcony with a nice view of the Duomo, the friendly staff and helpful,the best location close to everything.

Nice flat, fairy new, and in a good condition. Excellent location, next to most popular street with nice restaurants, but not noisy at all. I was worried about parking and safety as some people on google were commenting but it was just ok. Very good price
I highly recommend this place for a short or longer stay. In the nearby is everything you need. Train stop is around 8 minutes from hotel, where you can cheaply catch the train to Florence. Personel was very helpful and friendly.
Great location as the hotel is located between the Prato Centrale station and the town centre. Good value for money, nothing fancy or unexpected. Small room which was decent for a one night stay.
Beautiful old building converted to hostel with amazingly friendly staff and very close to the center of the beautiful city of Prato, with many historic attractions and very good value restaurants nearby. Prato is a Renaissance Gem also very conveniently located for visiting both Florence and Pistoia by train (both a very short and cheap railway journey away) Rooms are basic but airy and sunny and overall extremely good value. And once again, I cannot overpraise the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff
simple and clean hotel . Though it’s not in Florence itself but train station from the hotel was easy excess (10mins walk Prato station . Hotel surrounding very safe with local people . There are also Halal shop just 3 mins walk ( Chicken Taste the shop name ) which is cheap and good . Hotel staff very friendly . Breakfast was consider good with the price we paid . €5 per person . Great location and amenities! The hotel hosted many contemporary art pieces and right across the street you can visit the Museum of Contemporary Art. Hotel room was clean, air conditioning, safe to keep your valuables. Hotel restaurant with very good service. Great staff!! Bus stop 3min foot walk from the hotel.
