The host arranged for us to be picked up at the airport in Hanoi and driven straight there (great ride), we went on a hiking tour organised by them and they also helped us with the ride back to Hanoi. Really easy and helpful. The actual accomodation is absolutely amazing, with a gorgeous view. The rooms were accomodating and spacious, equiped with absolutely everything needed. Also, a big plus, they had usb charging plugs.

Around lunch time the hotel was serving a large group but they still provided me with a place to wait and some refreshment until my room was ready. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and the bed the most comfortable I have had yet in Vietnam. AC kept it cool and there was a nice balcony for use before the mosquito time in the evening. It is a bit of a hike up a steep hill to the central lake but the location is good. All the streets in Sapa are very congested with traffic so it is not easy to be picked up directly at the door but probably this is the same everywhere. I thought there might be breakfast available to buy but they don’t seem to cater except for groups. Not a problem though as you can get a breakfast baguette right next door.

It's the best place i stayed in my vietnam tour. A breathtaking view of the mountains you can see from your room. And they have a restaurant with good food and a great vibe. The owner and all the staff there, were very friendly and very very helpful. We had a great time there. Definitely visit again. Loved the cute cat and dog playing around the place

They are so kind and friendly. Beds are very comfortable and the food is amazing. They can also help a lot with transport, tours and any recommendation. I loved the dogs, the cat and the birds. Don’t miss this gem in Bac Ha!

The owner was so good for us. She helped us in every possible way she could and was so kind for us. She was very nice to chat with as well. Our room was very clean, we had a room with private bathroom, which was very nice, but the beds were even better! Beds slept amazing after a long hike, which is a thing that you will for sure do after waking up to the beatiful views that you have during your time in this homestay. Food was very good as well.
