Location was good for Fanispan. The shuttle service was great. Staff were helpful and stored our bags overnight while we went trekking. The room was fabulous and the bathroom spacious.
Complimentary shuttle to town and to the entrance of Sun World Fansipan Legend. Beautiful heated indoor pool, sauna and steam room and breathtaking mountain views. Kim organised special breakfast for us to accommodate dietary requirements. Excellent service and friendly staff. New hotel opened in Oct 2023 and the only 5-star in SaPa, would highly recommend a stay in this region and in this hotel!
Amazing location to go hiking. Great views of the rice terraces. Huts are comfortable, good AC and mosquito nets. Our host Huy was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. He helped with booking walking tours and transfers. Breakfast was okay. We ate dinner at the home stay restaurant which was delicious. Overall a lovely stay and would come again.

Fantastic location for Fansipan cable car. Hotel set in a spectacular location with superb facilities. Hotel has regular shuttle car taxi service to take to Sapa. Very good staff looked after us during our stay.

Perfect place to sit with a coffee and watch the world go by, overlooking the mountains from a wooden cabin. The painting on our wall was beautiful! The family try to be helpful in any way they can, aka picking some milk up from the shop for me.
The view is the best thing about the place, with great views from the restaurant and the pool area. The next best thing is the rooms, we stayed in the cabin, which looks the part and got a nice balcony, fireplace and bathroom. While the breakfast was good the food in the evening was very good (and the herbal teas are very good as well). The pool and the overall place was very clean. The garden is beautiful. The staff all spoke good English which was helpful.
