The location and the owner ! We loved our room but it the curtain and the big glass window to me personally I felt like there was no privacy unless you close the curtain however that is just my opinion. The owners were amazing ! Very helpful and kind ! We definitely will be back to this place if we were to be in Bac Ha again.

Incredible Homestay! If you want nature, culture and beauty come to Bac Ha and stay with Huy Trang and his lovely family. I can highly recommend the day hike, the river boat (I didn’t even know this was an activity in this region and we boated, swam in crystal clear water and caves), and sunset walk. we had an amazing stay in the ‘lovely’ room, which has garden and mountain views. We were lucky enough to be there when the the pomelo were in bloom, so our room smelled like blossoms! Clean, quiet and hosted by a beautiful family. Go to Bac Ha and stay with Huy Trung - you won’t regret it!

A lovely place a bit out of town with direct access to great trekking pads. If you're looking for partying or bars, this is not your place. But if you'd like easy access to Bac Ha with a 10-minute $4 taxi ride, and peaceful and lovely countryside around you, this is a perfect place. It's relatively new and the owners really go out of their way to try to make you comfortable and take care of your needs. The pool, which looks beautiful, wasn't operational yet but otherwise everything is. We were able to track ourselves following paths on Google maps, but you can also find a guide in town from more expensive adventures. Strongly recommend that you visit the Saturday Buffalo market and the Sunday general market in Bac Ha.
