The mexican restaurant connected to the hotel seves great food and really friendly staff. The two ladies working the reception where absolute angels when I encountered some health issues and was bed bound for half our stay.

Located within 44 km of SUNY Oneonta and 48 km of Ski Bobcat in Jefferson, Wind in the Willows Overnight provides accommodation with seating area. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. There is an outdoor fireplace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. We were there for the second time and were thrilled again this time. The rooms are top equipped and super well maintained. The hosts are always very attentive and you lack nothing. We have really taken the two into our hearts. They have prepared everything wonderfully, with so much attention to detail. And the place itself and the area are just beautiful. Exactly our thing. We will come back for a third time.

I liked how helpful the staff were and how it felt more homie than most hotels, the location was very convienent due to the subway being right outside the hotel, how friendly the locals were and how close all the shops and supermarkets were from the hotel.
Good hostel for reasonable price at the heart of New York. 0-24 check in, food shop and restaurant gives you a chance for an overnight anytime, if you need for a bed.
Clean house, clean environment, lovely host and nice location
The handsome Asian gentleman in charge of storing our luggage after checking out and helping us get safe and affordable transportation to JFK; he was super helpful and kindly helped me and my mother during that process. Something very rare from NYC locals towards Latin Visitors (in our short experience).
Amazing property with fantastic facilities in a great location. The bedrooms were comfortable and the pool table in the basement was a great touch. Denise was also a great host, with clear communication throughout. Would 100% stay here again.

The decoration of this boutique hotel was exquisite. The ambience and the overall environment emitted relaxation, care and respect for privacy. The managers Morris and Ron were fabulous hosts who personally tended to any issue that would come to their attention. Polite and efficient, their staff in general was fabulous and highly professional. The amenities very good and the room decoration was homely and welcoming. The hotel Lobby as a bar and get together of customers and locals added to the liveliness and the positive vibes of the hotel.
