Property information

The Central Park North is a boutique guesthouse located in Harlem, NYC. Historical home of Jazz. Important ADA Accessibility Information The property is located in a building built in the early 20th century with a stairway leading to the front entrance that is not wheelchair accessible. The building was renovated to code in 1966 and may therefore not be compliant with ADA codes of today. The building has been grandfathered in for use as a guest house. The building consists of 4 floors accessible by stairways between each floor. The building does not have an elevator, and the rooms have shared bathrooms with dimensions: First floor shower: 70”x31”, Door width 24” First floor toilet: 70”x47”, Door width 24” Second Floor bathroom: 145”x81”, Door width 29” Third Floor shower: 72”x42”, Door width 24” Fourth Floor shower: 122”x35”, Door width 24” Fourth Floor toilet: 117”x74”, Door width 29 Main entrance width 60” (double doors 30” width each) Corridor width is 35” 1st floor (level 1), 35” 2nd floor, 35” 3rd floor, 35” 4th floor Width of the doorways into our guest rooms is Room 11 - 59” Rooms 12, 31, 33, 41, 42, 43, 44 - 29” Rooms 22, 23 - 30” Room 21 - 31” Room 34 - 32”
