It is located 26 km from Santana's traditional houses and features a shared kitchen. The homestay offers sea views and a sun terrace. My experience with Antonio and Jorge was truly incredible. Their hospitality and warmth were constant throughout my stay. The location boasts a breathtaking ocean view, offering peaceful mornings away from tourist crowds in the capital. Hopefully, public transportation from the airport to Funchal improves soon. I'll certainly return next year and bring along as many friends as I can. Thanks once again, guys!

In good weather, guests are welcome to sit outside. The host was great always available and friendly but not over hovering us. Great hosting overall. The house was very tastefully decorated and newly renovated, with a well equipped outside space and even a small pool. Bathroom was very clean and loved the rain shower.

The apartment is very well located, offers a lot of community room and the room itself was spacious. Catarina is a great host and helps with everything. She is taking care and supports with tours, parking and many more. Had a great time.
Eduardo was a very good host, one of the best we've ever had. He was very friendly, happy, relaxed, accommodating and try to fulfill us every wish. We shared a kitchen and he refills everything we liked and eat daily. We had a beautiful view from the balcony. It was a very nice stay and we were a little sad to leave. Thank you for the experience and the mindfulness input and the opportunity to calm down.
Great value for money with a parking space. Wouldn't really expect anything else for what we paid as it was just a base and we were rarely there. Washing machine is great for going back home with clean clothes. Beds were super comfy but do drift apart when pushed together as someone else also said. Clean bedding and towels. Great location and great host. Very helpful. Overall decent for anyone wanting a base and on a budget!
Everything was perfect, beautiful balcony view and great host
Great location surrounded by locals, not many tourists in the neighborhood. Big and comfortable beds and a great view of bananas plantations from the terrace. The house has everything you might need, fully equipped kitchen and also a working laundry machine downstairs with WiFi working with no problems whatsoever.
An idyllic house, built in 1896 and recently completely refurbished. The ocean view is spectacular. The garden is beautiful. The outdoor bbq was used a lot. Situated in a neighborhood where the locals live. Very nice!

Our stay was amazing, we enjoyed every moment spent at the accomodation. Teresa is a lovely host and made us feel very welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms are cleaned every second day, the breakfast is lovely and the location is perfect, outside of the city in a quiet and beautiful place. We will always look back to our trip and think of this beautiful accomdation.
