You can see the beauty of the Zhangjiaje mountains right from the hotel room terrace. The double deluxe room has a nice terrace and also has a bath on it.  The Main thing is that Tim, the hotel manager, is the almost only one who speaks English in the region, and he managed everything for guests. If you need help of booking national park's sightseeing tickets, taxi or other things he's always willing to help. The other hotel guys were also helpful, polite, nice guys. Room was comfortable, room facilities also were very good. Highly recommend to stay at this hotel.

To be honest, this is one of the place I have been (if not the best) so far. Zhangjiajie is a must-see location, and thanks to the staff, my friend and I had a really great time. First of all, our room was pretty clean and quite big, and had everything we needed.Beds were perfect, super confortable. What you have to really know is how kind is the staff in this hotel. They were amazing and helpful to us. They helped us organize the trip since there are so much things to see in ZhangJiaJie. They were so kind that they were willing to drive us anywhere according to our own schedule (especially to the activites, parks etc.). Besides activites, we learned so much about this place, the food, the people living here. This place is an experience in its own. Even out of the city, they are always eager to help. I strongly recommend this hotel, you will be able to meet kindhearted people and have a great time here. It is these kind of encounter that maked a trip unforgettable.

The guest house provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. very clean room and sheets and bathroom, reception lady was friendly and try to help for finding the ways although she cannot speak English at all. but location for going to tianmen mountain was great and just 10 minutes walk.

The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, a shared kitchen and currency exchange for guests. Тhis is one of the best hotels I've been to! For this price we got a big apartment consisting of two rooms, a small dining room and a beautiful clean bathroom. Everything was modern and clean (what is not oft in China!). It is possible to wash and dry your clothes at the hotel. The hotel located 15 minutes from the entrance to the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and near the main street with cafes, markets and shops. But the most important thing is the staff! An excellent girl immediately wrote out a plan for us for 3 days, with all the routes and places to visit! She gave us a map and noted everything on it, helped us buy all the necessary tickets, was always in touch and even changed money at the bank so that we didn’t waste time on it! It was just a delight!

A beautiful, brand new, family owned hotel.. The rooms are very clean, modern and high tech with a gorgeous view on the mountains. The host speaks good english and gave us good advice on hikes and activities. He provided useful maps and booked our tickets for Tianmen Mountain. We enjoyed the our stay a lot and would definitely come back! Thanks again for the free barbecue on National Day! :)
