The nicest host and room we had in sri lanka, they are really amazing. Room is big very clean with great air-conditioning, amazing shower and toiletries. We were really happy there and would not have minded to stay an extra day. In Negombo is great for shopping and restaurants and very easy to reach the airport! Free drop off in the morning was perfect!

I loved it all! My stay was just sweet. Bosadi, together with her parents, took such a good care of me and managed to touch my heart (in so little time I had there). For sure I can recommend, I felt truly safe (as woman solo traveller). Also - Let them help you arrange tuktuk to/from airport - it was serious polite man and good price (700lkr), which is not so easy to find in the area.

Jayantha and his wife made sure that they made our stay memorable inspite of checking in at 1130 pm. The following morning they made sure we had our teas and coffes and was also kind enough to drive us to the airport. Another great example of ari lankan hospitality. We only stayed here about 12 hours but my parents totally loved it and loved the hospitality. The building is exceptionally well maintained for being over 100 years old with all the bathrooms upgraded with a modern contemporary minimalist feel with open spaces and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. Less than a 3 min drive to the airport, please stay here on your way into and out of colombo especially if a long journey awaits you. Highly recommended. 5/5!!

The ambience, facilities, staff behavior, pool, floating breakfast were mind blowing. The owner and staff Kumar was very helpful. I reached the property at 3.30 AM and they did not forget to offer e welcome drink. It was a good welcoming environment and we enjoyed everything.
