We had an amazing experience with this property. Localised minor flooding had occurred around the airport that day. The owner took the time to drive us somewhere we could get dinner and drinks and woke up very early in the morning to drop us at the airport and ensure we avoided floodwaters. All at no extra cost. They also upgraded us to a room with seperate beds when they realised we were just two friends travelling, again at no extra cost.
Truly amazing service. The room was lovely and clean and perfect as a transit hotel.

Clean, super close to the airport, great aircon, basic but comfortable rooms. Exactly what you need for an airport hotel. But the staff were the best part! Shermal was so helpful organising us transport and communicating with us every step of the way to make sure our arrival for our group was seamless. He even organised breakfast and his staff (I’m sorry I didn’t get his name!) was brilliant.

Amazing host, they do everything to mave you feel at home. Clean rooms, beds are very comfortable. Don't forget to order the chicken noodles, it's delicious! Great view from the balcony, the outside area is incredible. I would have like to investigate the grounds more, such an attractive building! And in an interesting area, bus stops right along the main road (about 5 min walk).
The rooms are basic and could be cleaner. The ensuite bathroom was a little smelly.

The directions to the hotel aren't clear, the tuk tuk driver needed to phone multiple times, very kindly a staff member came to the entranceway to signal for us.

A place for relaxing. Taking it easy. Very far away from the city. If you book here, it should be after you are done with the city and are ready to chill and take your flight. Going back to City again is tedious due to distance.
A family space. Activities for the family. Kids can have fun too. The restaurant is quite good and service quite quick. Very helpful and friendly staff. More like a sleepy resort than a hotel in the city.

The accomodation doesn’t look like the photos on booking.com which is showing actual buildings, it is more like transportables (see my photo), with a arch shaped roof however they are air conditioned with private bathrooms and perfectly good for a short transit stay, and suit the pleasant weather in Sri Lanka. The staff are also very helpful land went out of their way to make the stay pleasant. The free airport transfer avoided hassles and was well coordinated. The food was to a good standard and well priced and we received a welcome drink.

The owner is helpful. But, he couldn't accept my visa payment card. It is too much difficult to pay the hotel room service. We can not pay by any electronic money like visa, master, american express etc. Only cash is payable.

They have two different type of accommodation, one for the locals and for foreigners, what saw in the pictures, not there when I reach the property. and when I enter the room was very dirty and unpleasant smell of smoke, then I immediately complaint about it, but no action took. The booking.com offered me this accommodation for 1850.00 per night but according to the care taker said, usually they charge 5000.00 per night and he charged me 2000.00 instead of 1850.00, The care taker Gamini was very humble and arranged me transportation to the airport too, but he is too old to take care the property, as I did not see any other helper to assit him.

We were flying out the next day and this was the perfect place to stay. Had a lovely pool and the room was huge. The bathroom is decorated very nicely and you can see that they have put effort into making little special touches to the rooms and hotel overall. Wonderful woodwork and plants everywhere. It was tucked away, so you could hear birdsong even though in the city. They even offer a complimentary drop off at the airport - which was very handy. We enjoyed our stay.
Perfect hotel just nearby the airport! We arrived only to spend the night before the flight, however luckily we had enough time to enjoy the hotel- super nice, clean and comfortable room. Facilities were new or barely used before. the staff and manager did their best for us to have a pleasent stay.

Definitelly this is the right place to stay before or after the flight or even just to spend a night in negombo.
I thought this would be a basic stay convenient for us arriving into the airport late at night just to stay in for the night. It was so much nicer than expected! The rooms were clean, comfortable and had everything you would need. The grounds of the hotel were lovely, and the staff were extremely welcoming and happy to meet any request of ours. Would highly recommend as a great value option close to the airport!

Away from the noise of Negombo but only a short 10 minute drive from to the airport. The guys helped us out with early morning transport at 4am haha (thanks legends)
We had our own little private pool and rooms are nice and big, beds are comfy and place was super clean. Also the place has a big grass area to lay on and relax outside too. Was bloody great
