You can feel that the owner runs the hotel with passion: very nice location (5 min walk to bus and cable station), clean room, delicious food, fine tea, homemade chocolate was amazing, even for the Swiss. :-)
Highlight: near the accommodation there is a wonderful viewpoint from which you can see almost all of Kobe. Only locals know the place, including the owner of course.

Great location, couldn't get any closer to Chinatown and the shops. Lovely harbour area and the transport to tourist attractions and Suma beach was easy. Staff were accomodating when I asked to swap my given bed.

Was a nice spot to spend a few nights in this hot spring town - is just a few moments to walk up to Kin No Yu, and a few minutes down to Gin No Yu.
Check in was really straightforward, and all the staff in the hotel were so friendly and welcoming. The bath and shower were very nice, and never had trouble getting access to the shared facilities.

The location was perfect, very close to both Shin-Kobe and Sanomiya stations, both within walking distance. I enjoyed that the stay came with Ninomiya Onsen tickets to go to the public baths!

The location and relative peace and quiet after a couple of weeks of large cities. The location by the sea was very good and the views of the sunset and the suspension bridge to the island were memorable. Also I had a couple of evening meals there which were tasty and good value.

Great hostel location right in China town and a walking distance from Sannomiya. Second time staying there as it’s great on a budget and for one night. Female only dorms offered so I felt safe. Clean toilets and showers. Mirror in the dorm area which is useful.

A good location once you sorted out transport to and from...The hotel really needs to give good directions from the JR station-the change of trains & how to get to hotel from the local train stop..as initially its all very complicated. The staff in the restaurant were superb, & the food was good!
We met some locals in a lunchtime restaurant who told us about the famous castle in a town 20 mins away by train...this was worth the experience. Amazing!
Great hostel locating in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Owner and staffs are helpful and friendly. Basically got everything you'll expect for a hostel.
First of all the owner Sai is a great host and will help you with anything you need. She even took us to a hike in the mountains.
The bar in the hostel is a great chillout place, you could also choose music if you like.

Excellent location near to a JR train station and was close to lots of local restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The property also had a down stairs bar. During my stay both 5he locals and other guests visited, which was great fun.
