Lovely location in the old town of Viterbo. Free and paid parking close by and the staff provided very helpful and detailed instructions as well as location recommendations (all in Italian via WhatsApp). The room itself is typical Italian accomodation, would be quite cozy for two people but great for a single person, simple but overall good value for money. Air conditioning worked well and bathroom was modern.

Valter & Cinzia couldn't have done more for us. They went above and beyond throughout our stay. They picked us up and dropped us back to train station. They wouldn't hear of us ordering a taxi.
Valter gave us a tour of the area and even reserved a table at restaurant for us on our first night!
They made sure we covered all the city highlights and checked in on us regularly.
The flat itself is centrally located with all amenities and is a gem.
Without a doubt, we will stay with them again.

The place was amazing: beautifully decorated, cute, charming, incredible nice views... Stefano was a great host, super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was a 10/10. We enjoyed very much our stay at PALAZZO ALESSANDRINI. The room is nice and spotless clean. The breakfast is served in a very nice dining room and Daniele, the owner, will make Italian coffee for you; he's a great host! The guest house is located in the center of the historic city of Viterbo; a nice medieval neighbourhood, Piazza S. Pellegrino, is in close proximity. A free parking is just 5 minutes walk from the guest house.
It was amazing! I have never been at such a place in my life although I have travelled a lot. The host family is extremly kind and warm - hearted. The owner's son Giovanni Paulo speaks English perfectly and offered any kind of help during our staying. If you like time -travelling in the Middle Ages and finding a very authentic atmosphere, this place is a MUST for everyone who visits Viterbo! Thank you so much once again for the landord, for his wife Barbara and her son Giovanni Paulo!
Lovely host! Benedeta is a nice person and a very good host always helpful! The room is spacious siuated in the center of the medieval town close to nice caffes and restaurants not far from the train station.
