I liked everything so much! The property was beautiful, Ang’s family was lovely, they even had two beautiful and cute kids and I enjoyed so much with them. The place is amazing, in the middle of the nature with views to the volcano Rinjani 🌋 Everything they cooked for me was amazing 🤩 Local and tasty food, full of vitamins. they have a full menu so you don’t need to go anywhere. You can stay and enjoy the bungalow, the waterfall close to it and the nature. if you have a motorbike, you can visit some other amazing places around. We even cooked together and had dinner together, which was an amazing experience 💞 you can even go to Ang’s aunt place, she makes beautiful gadgets out of Bamboo. really worth to see. I was looking for some rest, connection with nature to reconnect with myself and live local life, and that’s exactly what I got! ✨ It was beyond any expectations. They took care of me as my own family. Ans the bungalow was gorgeous. Couldn’t ask for more 💕

The homestay itself was beautiful. It was well decorated and in the middle of the village and nature. Roni and his family were incredible hosts. They always made sure I was doing well. The food was so good and plentiful. My time in Tetebatu felt authentic and not too touristy. I recommend taking Roni's tour - he shows you a lot of awesome spots and has a ton of knowledge to share. Definitely stay here!

What an honour to be hosted by this family. We loved our hand built bungalow which had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our hosts provided two local tours for us that were the highlight of our stay - one of a local Peresean stick fighting competition (how cool!) and a day trip through the rice paddies, the monkey forest and through the back streets where local life was happening. Such a kind, gentle and generous family.
