Ang helped us organise our trip up the mountain, which we appreciated greatly. The location is perfect for viewing rice terraces and little waterfalls away from many tourists.

This place is absolutely amazing! The pictures don't do it justice. It's basically paradise, little bungalows in the middle of ricefields and jungle, with a river where you can swim next to it. The food is good, the staff is super nice and welcoming any request. I could stay here one month!!! PARADISE, very very peaceful place

We loved everything! Hir and his family are so welcoming. Hir took us on a wonderful tour, showing us the local area and foraging for edible fruit and plants. The food was AMAZING - we loved the curry, gado gado and olah olah. It’s quiet, peaceful and located 500m from the monkey forest and right next to a waterfall. The room was simple but had everything we needed. The garden is full of beautiful plants including those edible fruits and spices. There’s free tea and coffee all day

The homestay itself was beautiful. It was well decorated and in the middle of the village and nature. Roni and his family were incredible hosts. They always made sure I was doing well. The food was so good and plentiful. My time in Tetebatu felt authentic and not too touristy. I recommend taking Roni's tour - he shows you a lot of awesome spots and has a ton of knowledge to share. Definitely stay here!

Everything was just perfect. Very nice house which was clean and very spacious with a great porch and amazing outlook surrounded by green. Other than that we felt so welcome from the beginning by Mu, Ryan and Andy! Randy is a great cook and Andy took us on an amazing tour across the rice fields, to the waterfall and the monkey forest - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! All in all this was an amazing place and we enjoyed it a lot!

Great accommodation, in a fantastic location. The views were amazing . We were asked to join family for evening meal which we did on both nights . Amazing food , amazing company. On the second night we had a sing along . Walking tour was amazing , our guide was brilliant, kind and funny . We loved the monkey forest and learning about how rice grows . We stopped for lunch delicious 😋 . Our stay here was definitely a highlight of our 3 week trip . You will not find friendlier or kinder people than this family. They organised pick up and transfer.
