The place was very close to waterfall and we got the discount cards (entrance only 30k, no need a guide). The room was spacious as well as the patio.

Amazing place. New, clean, spacious bungalows and the bed is super comfortable.
The views of Mount Batur and the lake are simply spectacular.
They will give you a great price for trekking to Mount Batur and will advise you on all the activities you want to do. But the best of all is the treatment received by the family that runs the homestay, simply wonderful and charming.
The road that leads to the homestay is not as bad as some comments say, taxis arrive without problem and if you have a motorbike you will arrive at the lake in 3 minutes.

my experience was mixed. The staff on site did the best they could with what they had to work with. the staff and i got no help from management in spite of 12 phone calls and text messages and the promises they would contact me once they had a meeting about my complaints. there was no contact. Indra really let us down. the bedroom was really nice but the kitchen was old and tired. The meal that was cooked from the fresh fish the fishermen caught that day was plain but excellent:) the highlight of the stay.

Its a quiet place in the nature with an amazing view. Sari and her family were very friendly. We also recomend the delicious dinner.

Beautiful homestay in a quiet village. Very close to Sekumpul and Fiji Waterfall. The place has an amazing view on a rice field and Mountains. Its the perfect place to relax and rewind. Staff was very sweet and food was also very good. The place also has a spa so you can get a massage a couple steps from your room. I recommend it to anyone that needs a quiet time away from the busy touristic places.
Great staff, ketut was amazing! Lovely food prepared in our special request and was authentic balinese (and vegan!). Laundry service available! Great spacious rooms with good air con. All new and well maintained. The rooftop terrasse was amazing! Great view into the valley to the ocean. You can't stay closer to the waterfall - easy walking distance.

Very nice Homestay owned by a kind Indonesian Family, situated right next to Sekumpul Waterfall. As a guest of the Homestay, visitors pay a discounted price to enter the waterfall.
Very peaceful homestay, with lots of fruit trees and geckos in the garden. The dorm is quite spacious, with inner bathroom and a nice porch. Beds are a bit hard, but I got so much rest in here!
The breakfast was excellent,great choice ,and Annie cooked it superbly.The view was amazing,the pool exceeded all expectations.Was greeted on arrival by 2 smiling and friendly

We really liked our stay here at Friendly Homestay. The owner made us feel very welcome and always made good breakfast. The fresh fruits were amazing. The massage we booked was the best we had in Bali. We also did the waterfall tour, really nice guide. If you like to be away from touristic trouble, it's a must to go there, definitely recommend!
