Nice and homely room very clean bed comfy shower ensuite very modern . Adam the owner was very welcoming and friendly . He thought we were coming to see the festival it was a bonus as we didn't know anything about it. Having the use of the kitchen was good microwave ,cooker, fridge freezer. great weekend. There is a Washing machine tumble dryer we didn't use it .

    This place is a little gem very comfortable and clean adam and Elaine great host .this is not a b&b .but has a lovely big kitchen fully equipped with everthing you need were you can cook for yourself at any time . 2 mins walk to town beach 10 min walk you couldn't ask for more .
