Joy was very helpful, he was in touch with us through the booking chat until we arrived in order to be ready to meet us. He responded in a very short time. The bathroom was great, very big and modern, and it had both shower and a hot tub. The room was big enough for both of us and our luggage. Also, Joy let us leave the luggge in the lounge after checkout until we left Inverness. It was a very good value for money.

EVERYTHING! the room was super cozy, the bathroom had a very nice shower, the room temperature was warm. The owner was very nice to us and told us perfectly where to go for dinner etc. The breakfast was a typical British breakfast and was delicious. Definitely recommend!
