Services included a room and private bathroom. Cleanliness is the most important factor for me. Room and bathroom were clean and spotless. Location is my second most important factor. Within easy walking distance of the bus system, a Lidl, and several restaurants. We did not have to drive anywhere once we got to the location. The owner worked out the parking permit which was nice. Room was also well stocked with breakfast items and snacks. This was a nice touch, so we did not have to go out early looking for food. Room big enough for a couple. Great stay. Nice owner. Zero problems.
