Close ( 20 mins) to Lancaster centre, but out in beautiful countryside, this is a gem. Great hostess getting us started with eggs, bread, milk etc, and a very well equipped kitchen with essentials there. Comfy bed and great shower. What more could u ask for.
Dianne's place was absolutely immaculate, both in cleanliness and in charm. The location is stunning, with a picturesque canal right outside, perfect for peaceful morning walks. Dianne is a lovely host, and the bathroom was pristine. The serene environment made our stay incredibly relaxing. We would definitely come back!

Everything is perfect. Another lovely stay. Great host. Loved watching the lambs in the field outside. Little extra touches like emergency rations make it special. This stay has everything you need.

Good location with easy access to Lancaster by bus or car. Lovely outlook and nice walks by the Lune Estuary to Glasson Dock. Excellent breakfast. Friendly professional staff. Smallish bedroom, but well equipped, comfortable, modern, and very good shower. A good base for exploring the area. Nice bar and restaurant areas, and clearly popular with locals. Decent beer.
Great location, great hosts and a superb B&B.
The bedroom was comfortable with lovely bathroom and the views from the breakfast room have to be seen to believe.
Would absolutely recommend and will definitely stay again when in Lancaster.
