The whole team would not have been more helpful and welcoming to our family and friends group, accommodated for a local wedding. Jennifer was especially welcoming on our (early!) arrival, and Claire similarly helpful. They even found our daughters’ coat after checkout and made sure we had it back. Really recommend this as a super change from typical hotel life. Breakfast is lovely, rooms very comfortable, and the use of the dining room as a lounge is a real bonus. Plenty of local eateries so not a problem not having an evening restaurant. My only regret is that we didn’t have time to try one of the treatments offered!

Very kind couple who live in the same house. I came in with another girl who helped me find my way and who wanted to charge her phone since it was already dark out and she had a while to go. Even though the owners did not expect this they were more than accommodating! The lady of the house helped me with my heavy bag upstairs. She gave me a rundown of the room: there was even an electric blanket since Scotland gets so cold! The check-in was fast and they were happy with my arrival. I had texted them before on Booking to ask about the busses and they replied to me quickly. There was at least one other room. The shower was comfortable and the bed was excellent! You can tell the couple takes pride in their home, after my shower the man cleaned it right away. When I left in the morning they came out in their bathrobes to say goodbye and told me I looked refreshed after the nights sleep, which was definitely true. Plus, the lady of the house went out of her way to show me the way to the train from the sidewalk.

The location and availability of the hotel were first class. My wife had been kept in overnight at the nearby Ross Hall Hospital and I needed a room at short notice and secured the only available room in the hotel. The lounge was also very welcoming and busy with locals wining and dining.
Great location for a first visit to Glasgow. One block over from the train station, dozens of cool pubs and shops nearby. Caught the airport bus just around the corner and all of the staff appeared genuinely happy for us to be guests.
Found Glasgow to be much more fun than Edinburgh as there were just as many locals roaming downtown as tourists. Feeling the warnings about a "rough town" may be a ruse to keep out the pesky invaders but every place we went in Glasgow was warm and friendly.

The property was located in a lovely part of Glasgow over looking the Clyde, it was very peaceful and a beautiful view. The property is spacious and was super clean, Craig was a lovely host. We will definitely stay here again!
It's a great hostel and fantastic location. I have stayed there several times. Reception was friendly and helpful. Beds could have done with an overhead light as there was only a central light in the room so couldn't read in bed. Beds are a bit narrow, but that is to be expected in a dorm. Overall a good hostel and place to stay in Glasgow.
