Great traditional-style house and beautifully furnished. We chose to pay more for the upstairs apartment as it had a better view (out to the back) and more space. It was very quiet. Spotlessly clean (no outside shoes in the house). The breakfast (semi-buffet) was excellent. The personal service was much appreciated. I couldn't resist the chocolates scattered around the house!

We absolutely adored this place. It was clear from the pictures that it's rather a simpler acco option and so it was, but it was really comfortable and clean. We didn't miss anything. Cold drinks available at reasonable price (self service at any hour). If you have the room with the balcony access, you can enjoy the evening sun. Seating in garden is available for everyone as well. I saved the best for the last - absolutely 10+ points for the hosts' friendliness. The whole family makes you feel super welcome and their smiles are addictive :) Received excellent advice for spending our short time in Leutasch (we went hiking) and for the restos. Special wishes for the breakfast is not an issue (gluten free for me).
