Great traditional-style house and beautifully furnished. We chose to pay more for the upstairs apartment as it had a better view (out to the back) and more space. It was very quiet. Spotlessly clean (no outside shoes in the house). The breakfast (semi-buffet) was excellent. The personal service was much appreciated. I couldn't resist the chocolates scattered around the house!

The property is exceptionally clean and well laid out. Breakfast was excellent and in abundance. The hostess was always on hand to assist. The on site bakery ensured we had a fresh selection of breads and pastries and boy did we have a selection.

Best location. we wanted to visit innsbruck , garmisch, zugspitze and all these locations were just 30 -45 minutes car drive from hotel(not sure about bus service, but I often see lot of buses moving around town, should be easier) . got free guest card for buses with our stay. Idle place for landscapes and mountains,best views . breakfast was good. Landlady was very sweet and polite. Rooms are very fresh, neat and clean. Parking available.
