It was small, but it was just for my husband and myself and we spent 2 nights. Everything was clean, decorated impeccably, not fancy, but everything you could need. The "view" was of the outdoor patio area that was very private and cute. And I don't think it was in the pictures, but on the other side of the tall hedge, there's another patio area with a full dining table. The location is great if you like Summerland and Montecito. The only slight negative I would mention is that the property is on a really quiet culdesac and as far as I could tell the only access to get anywhere was out via the busy highway which is not walkable in this area, so you've got to drive. I stayed in this area many times and typically need to drive most places anyway and the setting and the ambiance and the privacy were well worth being in the middle of town. This place is perfect if you are looking for some alone time or time with your special person. You will have total privacy and quiet in a beautiful setting, very close to Summerland, Montecito and Santa Barbara. FYI also a small kitchen, had coffee and some spices and condiments. Really a great set up!

A recently renovated holiday home set in Oceano, Steps Away From Pismo Beach with Poker, Foosball, FREE EV Charger, and Bikes features a garden. Guests can benefit from a balcony and a picnic area. There is an outdoor fireplace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. it was amazing the family games sitting out watching a storm the showers were great and two kitchens nice

The scenery was absolutely stunning! The host Ryan was very welcoming and kind. There were two golden retriever dogs on the property who were very friendly and came out to welcome us when we arrived. The accommodations were very clean and had plenty of space.

My favorite part about this house is the breakfast bar and the gel pens the Host left to be used in the sign book! The location is perfect, and provides a great balance of quiet and white noise.

The house was so lovely, and the creek running next to it made it even more special. Even though it was a tiny home, it was the perfect size, even for 3 adults and 2 kids. The kids enjoyed the cozy loft bedroom and the arcade machine!

For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. The location is only about a 5 min drive into the main downtown area and about 15 to 20 minutes from most wineries. The home is very spacious and has a very large kitchen that opens into the living space and a very large outdoor patio. There are three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Note that one of the bedrooms has bunk beds, which is great for those traveling with kiddos, but a bit more interesting for groups with only adults (as was our case). There are puzzles and games for guests to use, a large TV, and a gas fireplace (doesn't emit heat, but is very beautiful). We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much!
