All the staff we met were incredibly friendly, helpful particularly Mickey, Arron and Sam. The afternoon cheese & wine was an unexpected bonus as was the opportunity to use their bikes free of charge. The opportunity to borrow from their extensive DVD collection was a nice touch which we took of advantage of. The external appearance of the hotel was very appealing and nicely set out.
